Building blocks.
Fire-retardant black table cover.

Professional photography rig (VEVOR).
A rig holding up the blankets and shirts. Adjustable in height/length to fit the event’s guidelines. With heavy linear stand legs to ensure it does not get knocked down or cause anybody to trip over them.

Setup gear
Electronic Devices
Screen (Samsung Smart monitor).
We want to play the VALKOREY series trailer on a screen inside our set-up. We will block it off for the final setup so no one can reach inside.
The monitor will be attached to one of the work laptops. On a previous event in Hamburg we were able to keep everything running with 100 watts.
If we happen to exceed the Watts limit or if there is no available electricity for any unforeseen reason, we still have a power bank available, suitable for laptops.
For safety reasons, we will always be able to watch and reach the monitor cables from the back.
Ipads.
If given the space we requested, we will also bring our work iPads (2 of them) to demonstrate frame by frame animation with process videos.
The team will charge these iPads outside of the event.
Attendees will be able to watch both the process and the trailer at our table and ask questions to team members.
Footage displayed at the event.
The series trailer we want to play at the event features art exclusively made by the Valkorey team. No third parties were involved.
The trailer song will not be hearable as we do not want to create noise pollution. We do have written permission from the band to use the song in public as we are also partnered with them.
Merchandise.
The Valkorey team designs all of the art and merchandise. We do not sell fanart, copied products, or other copyrighted material from third parties.
Chamber of Commerce.
The “Valkorey” brand/company is officially registered at the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.
